AnyAddy®, a non-ionic water soluble cellulose ether, is a brand name of LOTTE Fine Chemical for their HPMC (Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose) and MC(Methylcellulose) products targeted for the food and dietary supplementary applications.

AnyAddy® products are derived from natural wood pulp, meeting all the requirements of the current FCC, JECFA and KFAC ‘MC, HPMC’ along with Kosher and Halal certifications. AnyAddy®, in compliance with JECFA, FCC, is designed, developed, and manufactured under the strict quality control system in compliance with GMP guidelines from IPEC.

AnyAddy® is used as a binder, an emulsifier, a thickening agent, a film former, and so on. Therefore, AnyAddy® is widely applied to various food applications including bakery, confectionery, batter-fried foods, meat and meat alternatives.
